What Brow Serums Can and Cannot Do
Brows grow and shed in cycles. A serum may condition the hairs you have and make them look fuller. An ingredient list alone cannot tell you whether a serum will regrow missing hairs or treat medical hair loss.
Softer hairs and less breakage are not the same as new growth. Brand surveys describe how people thought their brows looked or felt. Before-and-after photos show examples, not guaranteed results.
